We offer services for the development of technological processes for hardening machine parts, tooling and tools made of carbon and alloy steels, including:
- development of special thermodiffusion coatings and multi-purpose layers;
- development of composite coatings based on combined technologies including thermal diffusion treatment;
- design of resource-saving technological processes of hardening (surfacing, spraying, etc.) using secondary raw materials in the form of chips, shot, etc.;
- development of processes of intensification of thermal diffusion treatment.
The developed technological processes of hardening and saturating media have been repeatedly tested in various sectors of the national economy of the Republic of Belarus and are successfully used at a number of enterprises, in particular: Atlant CJSC, Minsk, Novogrudok Gas Equipment Plant, Novogrudok, Gomselmash, Gomel etc.
