Purpose: to produce heat exchangers used in the production of fertilizers, transportation of liquid food products (milk, etc.) and in other industries.
Advantages: there are no oxide films on the surface of the jackets after welding, which allows them to come into contact with food. The cost of the resulting heat exchangers is significantly lower than analogues with higher reliability.
Main Features: high strength of welded joints, destructive pressure for heat exchangers made of stainless steel 0.5 mm thick is at least 8 atm. The arbitrary geometry of the channels makes it possible to achieve specific heat removal.
