Purpose: manufacture of cutters for mining and construction equipment.
Advantages: the cutters made with the help of technology are cheaper than analogues and more resistant during operation.
Main characteristics: waste from tool production is used as charge materials. The structure of the material formed with the use of nanostructured modifiers provides increased operational durability of cutters compared to traditional materials, low production costs, reduced energy consumption of combines, contributes to the creation of a self-sharpening effect during operation.
