Purpose: polystyrene fiber-reinforced concrete insulation is intended for thermal insulation of enclosing structures in the construction of energy-efficient buildings and structures.
Advantages: the advantage of the technology for obtaining insulation is the possibility of recycling polystyrene foam waste (packaging, waste from the production of polystyrene foam boards, recyclable construction waste, etc.). The possibility of using polystyrene foam concrete in monolithic and prefabricated construction.
Main characteristics: has a low average density (D100 grade...D300), low thermal conductivity of the material (the coefficient of thermal conductivity is 0.052 W/mK). The cost is 30% lower compared to other cellular concrete.
