Purpose: reducing the initial water content of concrete, increasing the rate of strength growth during the initial period of concrete hardening (under natural conditions and during heating), one of the ways of introducing carbon nanomaterials into cement concretes.
Main characteristics: the additive is prepared in a dry (powdered) form by high-intensity mechanical mixing of the components. At the initial stage, powdered sodium sulfate and carbon nanomaterial (UNM) are combined, then the powdered substance of the additive "C-3" is introduced. Stable adsorption "fixation" of UNM particles on the surface of sodium sulfate grains ensures the subsequent uniform distribution of the UNM substance in water and concrete. The carbon-containing complex additive "UKD-1" according to the main effect of the action belongs to the plasticizing additive of group I. By an additional effect – to the additives of hardening accelerators. The additive complies with the requirements of STB 1112-98.
