Prefabricated mobile buildings - bridge polar cranes

Scope of application, analogues, novelty and advantages of the development: the development is used to create inexpensive mobile buildings that can simultaneously be classified as bridge polar cranes - depending on the Customer's requirements for registering the structure as a real estate object or as technological equipment located on the site for its maintenance. (STRUCTURES OF MOBILE DOMED BUILDINGS CAN BE EQUIPPED WITH LIFTING MECHANISMS (UP TO 10 TONS), WHILE THE DEVELOPMENT CAN BE CLASSIFIED AS A MOBILE BRIDGE POLAR CRANE (CERTIFICATION ACCORDING TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF TR CU 010/ 2011), WHICH ALLOWS THE DEVELOPMENT NOT TO BE ATTRIBUTED TO REAL ESTATE OBJECTS, BUT TO PLACE THEM AS EQUIPMENT ON SITES (INEXPENSIVE REAL ESTATE) INTENDED FOR MAINTENANCE OF CRANES, AND IMPLEMENT ANY TYPES OF TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES UNDER THE CRANE. AT THE SAME TIME, THE TAX BASE IS SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED AND DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION WORK IS NOT REQUIRED).

Main advantages: low cost, lowest material consumption, energy efficiency compared to analogues.

The main feature: the crane is an integration of the bearing and enclosing frame with a lifting mechanism. Buildings do not require foundations and construction equipment and cranes are not required during installation/dismantling.

Development stage: pilot production.
