Certification Authority for products and services "POLYTECH-CERT"

• accredited as a certification body in the National Accreditation System of the Republic of Belarus (certificate of accreditation No. BY/112 021.02 dated 03.08.1993) for compliance with the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17065

• included in the Unified Register of Certification Bodies and Testing Laboratories (centers) of the Customs Union and carries out work on confirming compliance of products (vehicles and components to them, railway components, components to tractors and their trailers, machinery and equipment, bicycles, scooters, strollers) with the requirements of technical regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 003/2011, TR CU 004/2011, TR CU 007/2011, TR CU 008/2011, TR CU 010/2011, TR CU 018/2011,·TR CU 020/2011, TR CU 031/2012
• draws up reports on the official approval of the type of vehicles and their components for compliance with the requirements of UN Regulations under the Geneva Agreement of 1958 on behalf of Gosstandart (E28/A)

Scope of accreditation:

National Conformity Assessment System of the Republic of Belarus:

• vehicles and their components, bearings, bicycles, baby strollers,
• vehicle maintenance and repair
• services, railway transport services for the transportation of passengers and cargo.

Eurasian Economic Union:

• TR CU 003/2011 "On the Safety of Railway Transport Infrastructure",
• TR CU 004/2011 "On the Safety of Low-voltage Equipment",
• TR CU 007/2011 "On the safety of products intended for adolescent children",
• TR CU 008/2011 "On the safety of toys",
• TR CU 010/2011 "On the safety of machinery and equipment",
• TR CU 018/2011 "On the safety of wheeled vehicles",
• TR CU 020/2011 "Electromagnetic compatibility of technical means",
• TR CU 031/2012 "On the safety of agricultural and forestry tractors and trailers to them".

• Resolution of the State Committee for Standardization of the Republic of Belarus No. 61 dated July 25, 2017 "On Approval of the Rules for Conformity Assessment of the National Conformity Assessment System of the Republic of Belarus" 
• Technical regulations of the Customs Union 

Conformity assessment schemes:

• products and services to the requirements of the National Conformity Assessment System of the Republic of Belarus are specified in Resolution No. 61: certification of products (pp. 76-79) and services (pp. 83-84), declaration (pp. 93-94).
• the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union are indicated directly in the text of technical regulations or in Decision of the EEC Council No. 44 of April 18, 2018 "On standard conformity assessment schemes"
